There are daily classes for people of all ages and abilities as well as rotating specialty classes like yoga, kickboxing, rowing, and special celebrity guest trainers from all around the country!

Members are able to enjoy the freedom of a 3,000 square foot fully functioning 24-hour gym with access to top of the line treadmills, stair climbers, stationary and recumbent bikes, dumbbells, free weights, cable machines, and so much more.



Peter Kraus Fitness Bootcamps are 50 minutes of fat burning fun! Follow along as Peter guides you through a strenuous yet doable full body workout using nothing but your own bodyweight. With instant feedback, Peter offers modifications throughout the workout to make it manageable for the beginner while still difficult for the advanced. Have your doubts on its effectiveness? Come see it for yourself! You won't be disappointed.
