Small Group Training at Peter Kraus Fitness, is the perfect blend of Personal Training and Group Fitness.

You get all of the fun of being with friends, AND all of the attention of being with a personal trainer.

We cap our small group training sessions at just TEN people.

This provides you with more one on one attention AND reduces cost from the typical personal training session.

Our small group training sessions are 45 minutes of strength based exercise.

Mondays we focus on building and sculpting LEGS.

Wednesdays we train upper body with our PUSH/PULL split.

Thursdays and Fridays we hit an awesome FULL BODY strength workout!

And on Saturdays in Middleton we go a bit bigger, and take our week of training out on a high note with;

More conditioning. More reps. More friends. And more fun!!

Every single one of our Small Group Training sessions is designed for people of ALL AGES AND ABILITIES.

Our trainers are all certified and equipped with the ability to quickly make safe and effective modifications for whatever your personally needs may be. Don’t feel like you can’t join in on the fun for any reason. We want you with us and we are here to help your personal fitness goals become a reality.

Small Group Training - (Middleton and Park Street)

Small group training brings the best of both worlds; Personal Training and Group Fitness.

In this setting you will receive; more one on one attention, motivation from peers, a more upbeat and energetic atmosphere, lower pricing, AND an opportunity to take your fitness to another level!

Peter has developed a fun yet challenging class that revolves around circuit training in small groups while focused on your individual potential.

We incorporate kettlebells, TRX, sleds and more! We make our workouts interesting and exciting with a little bit of competition and team bonding thrown in the mix.

Our workouts are easily modified making them perfect for BEGINNERS, Intermediate, and Advanced individuals.

Power Hour - w/ Angie

This is a fun, higher intensity, energetic class, designed to get you the absolute best bang for your buck over your lunch hour!

Because of its unique set-up, this class is great for people of all ages and abilities.

Yoga

You will find that our yoga classes serve as a personal journey of self-exploration and healing. The music, the postures, and the breath come together to nourish the mind, body and soul. Together we will move, breathe, sweat and have fun along the way. This practice is not about nailing the perfect pose. It's an opportunity to to grow stronger, both mentally and physically. We look forward to having you.

Rooftop Sunrise classes begin June 1st and run all summer long on Thursday mornings.
