CONTRAST
THERAPY
FAQs

What should I bring to my session?

Bring a swimsuit, a towel, and a water bottle. We recommend wearing something comfortable and easy to change in and out of. You may also want sandals or slides for moving between the sauna and cold plunge.

Where do I go when I arrive?

Head to the front desk and let them know you're here for a contrast therapy session. A team member will be waiting for you to guide you to the private rooms and walk you through what to expect.

How long will my session take?

Each session is 30-60 minutes long, based on your booking, and gives you full access to both the cold plunge and infrared sauna. You’ll be able to rotate between the two as you like during that time. Arrive a few minutes early to get settled, and make the most of your time to move, breathe, and recover at your own pace.

Do I go in the sauna or the cold plunge first?

Totally up to you. There's no set order and no right or wrong way to do it, but science says it’s best to start on hot and end on cold. That being said, your 30 minutes are yours to move between the two however you like - based on what feels best for your body that day.

What should I expect to feel during and after?

Expect a rush of energy, deep relaxation, and often better sleep after your session. During the experience, especially in the cold plunge, it’s normal to feel challenged—both physically and mentally. If you need help breathing through it or resetting your mindset, please don’t hesitate to ask a team member. We're here to support you every step of the way.

Can I bring a friend or partner to my session?

Contrast therapy sessions are currently booked individually. If you'd like to come with someone else, please make sure you each have a booked session or reach out to us directly for availability.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We get it - life happens. You can reschedule or cancel through your confirmation email. Just make sure to do it at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing the session credit.
